Michel Baroni teaches Financial Policy and Real Estate finance at ESSEC Business School, in the Msc in Management, the Advanced Masters (MS) and Executive Education. He is Academic Director of the MS Financial Techniques and Finance & Asset Management, and the Master Real Estate Management in Executive Education. His research field is focused on Real Estate risk analysis and measurement. He has published various articles in the Revue Economique, Journal of Real Estate Research, Journal of Real Estate Literature, Property Management, Journal of Property Investment and Finance, Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics. He received the prize of the American Real Estate Society (ARES) in 2007 for the Best paper presented in any area of Real Estate at the 13th Annual Conference of the European Real Estate Society (ERES). He has been expert consultant for Property Investment companies for many years. He is Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor (FRICS) and member of the Continental Europe Standards Board.He is also a member of the Scientific Committee of Palladio Foundation.
